Fiona’s wealth of experience and versatile nature, allows her to provide a first class service to our UK customers. Adding to her many talents, Fiona has recently taken on the challenge of developing our social media platform.

Having worked for over 10 years within the Food Industry Eve has a wealth of knowledge and experience on the human side to be able to formulate innovating new pet products with cutting edge ingredients. Given Eve’s previous roles she is also best positioned to deliver process developments to enhance our existing control systems.

GENERAL MANAGER, SLOVENIA

Gregor is our expert in co-extruded technology with over 25 years’ experience in this area. Gregor also offers extensive input in the area of new product development and innovation.

Sonja Ketiš Radič

QUALITY MANAGER, SLOVENIA

Sonja’s primary functions are in quality control, product improvements and innovation at our production facility in Slovenia. Working with Gregor, she has helped the facility gain and maintain its ISO-22000 and BRC accreditations.

Suzann Neilan

PROJECT MANAGER

As the longest standing member of the company, Suzann offers a wealth of experience covering many aspects of our operations. Today, Suzann actively manages design portfolios for both branded and private label products.

Declan McNabb

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Declan is responsible for all matters financial pertaining to the business. A qualified Chartered Account, Declan has been with Mark + Chappell since 2001 following a career progression from practice through telecoms and manufacturing industries.

Linda Murphy

ACCOUNTS AND OFFICE MANAGER

Linda provides support to the company’s financial operations and maintains a watchful eye over our inventory systems. Linda, with her many years service to the company, is also entrusted with managing the busy Irish office.

SALES ADMINISTRATOR, UK

Liz is tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of the UK order processing system and maintains regular contact with our retail partners in the UK providing updates on product and promotional activities.

With almost 20 years sales experience across several sectors Alan has built up a great understanding of both the domestic and international markets. Alan’s love of travel and of the sales means he thoroughly enjoys his work and seeing every day as a new challenge.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Andrew has joined the team to manage and advance our Supply Chain. He has 20+ years Procurement and Supply Chain experience with local and global teams, working for large manufacturing Global companies.

Lorraine Fox

REGULATORY AFFAIRS SPECIALIST

Lorraine is the newest member of the Technical Team and brings a huge passion for all animals and pets. Her two Jack Russell terriers are her love and the centre of her family. Lorraine brings vast experience from the Food, Pharmaceutical and the Cosmetic Industry and is focussed on managing and improving the Regulatory Processes, while developing relationships with International Customers to help continuously improve business relationship.

SALES ORDER PROCESSING

Louise manages the order process from receipt of order from our customers to fulfilment through to final dispatch and delivery. With a selection of dispatch locations, Louise coordinates all the different elements to ensure trouble-free delivery.
